The Financial Analyst collects and analyzes financial information for Hirschbach’s maintenance department.

 
Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyzes cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls.
• Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial budgets.
• Creates asset lifecycle modeling.
• Creates maintenance cost modeling.
• Produces month end financial results for Next Level Leasing.
• Creates management reporting.
• Other duties as assigned including proactively assisting others in achieving the organization’s objectives.

Talent Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business, or a related field
• Two to four years professional work experience is preferred
• Advanced knowledge and efficiency of Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrates the highest level of customer service and response
