As a Business Process Analyst you will be responsible for identifying and illustrating areas of opportunity within the organization by exemplifying a vast understanding of the organization’s current processes. The Business Process Analyst ensures focus areas have an attainable return on investment that are focused on driving customer value and improving the driver experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prioritize projects that drive value for Hirschbach’s drivers and customers
• Shadow end level users for clear understanding of current processes
• Leverage Six Sigma process mapping principles to clearly illustrate and communicate areas of opportunity and proposed solutions
• Development of quantitative ROI that allows for definitive prioritization
• Utilization of Change Management practices to ensure all stakeholders are aware and in support of the proposed solution
• Ensure seamless implementation of changes through clear communication of the vision, key stakeholders, and definitive timelines
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures and update Process Maps that align with the optimized solution
• Train end level users on enhanced processes
• Review progress and analyze results of implemented changes to ensure ROI is attained

Talent Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or industry experience preferred
• Demonstrates proficiency in process mapping
• Ability to understand and effectively navigate multiple software applications
• Detail oriented
• Ability to clearly communicate proposed solutions to multiple levels of the organization
• 3+ years of industry experience
